What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and the information about your enquiry.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide the service. Our lawful basis is that you have asked us to take steps before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
Where it goes and how long we keep it
Form submissions are sent to our email inbox. We don't sell or share your details for marketing. If you don't become a client, we delete your enquiry within 12 months.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it. If we measure visits, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across sites.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
